Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome in some of our units for a nominal fee. Please consult our reservation desk when calling.
How will I be billed?
Reservations are held using a valid credit card. Payment for room charges will be due upon check-in. Long term guests will be billed on a monthly basis. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.
Do you have internet access?
Internet is available at a nominal fee. Rates vary from location to location and for various accommodation periods. Please request your internet access when booking reservation.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is prohibited in all of our units. Should you wish to smoke, please go outdoors and safely dispose of your cigarettes and ashes.
What about garbage/refuge and recycle programs?
All units have receptacles located behind the building. Cardinal Suites encourages reducing and recycling. Recycle containers are also located behind the buildings.
What about housekeeping?
Depending on your accommodation location, housekeeping is available weekly or
bi-weekly.
Is there parking ?
Parking is available at all of our units. Parking charges apply at some locations. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Should you require more than one parking spot, please arrange when booking reservation. We require vehicle information upon check-in.
Are laundry facilities available?
Coin operated laundry facilities are available at all of our locations. Some units have laundry machines in suite. Please enquire at our reservation desk.
What time is check-in? Check-out?
Check-in: after 14:00.
Check-out: 11:00.
What amenities are included?
All reservations include a furnished unit, equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, private baths (exception to shared accommodations), linens and towels, free local calls, free parking in some locations, access to internet, cable television, utilities, housekeeping services, and a very friendly, helpful staff.
