Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome in some of our units. Please consult with the reservation desk when calling.
How will I be billed?
Reservations are held using a valid credit card. No charges will be made until the day of your arrival. Upon check-in, payment will be required. Long term guests will be billed every month.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
Do you have internet access?
Internet is available at a nominal cost. Please request internet access when making your reservation
What about long distance calls?
We encourage our guests to purchase long distance calling cards. We can also bill your room for long distance calls. It is, however, more cost effective to purchase pre-paid cards.
Can we smoke?
Smoking is prohibited in all of our units. Should you wish to smoke, please go outdoors and safely dispose of your cigarettes and ashes. Please refrain from smoking within 10 metres of any public entrances. Smoking fines exist and are upheld.
What about garbage/refuge and recycle programs?
All units have receptacles located behind the building. Cardinal Suites encourages reducing and recycling. Recycle containers are also located behind the building.
What about housekeeping?
Depending on your accommodations, housekeeping is available weekly or bi-weekly. Please enquire upon making your reservation.
Parking?
Parking is available at all of our units. We require vehicle information upon check-in. Parking is at no charge except for our Laurier Avenue location. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Should you require more than one parking spot, please make arrangements with our reservation staff.
Laundry facilities
Coin operated laundry facilities are available in all of our buildings. Guests staying at the 1057 Merivale Road location can also request laundry services. Additional costs apply.
When is check-in? Check-out?
Check-in is after 14:00. Please check-in at 1057 Merivale Road, regardless of your accommodation’s location. All keys and passes are issued at the reservation desk.
Check-out is at 11:00. Please inform the front desk if you need a late departure by 23:00 the day prior to departure.
What amenities are included?
All reservations include a furnished unit, fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, private baths (except for Guest Houses), linens & towels, local calls, free parking (except downtown location), access to internet, cable television, utilities and a very friendly, helpful staff.
