CARDINAL SUITES POLICIES

Smoking
All Cardinal Suites units are non smoking. Please do not smoke inside the units. A minimum daily charge of $100 will apply.

Cancellation
If your reservation consists of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom units, Cardinal Suites requires a minimum of 15 days' notice to cancel your reservation prior to your arrival.

Penalties will apply if the cancellation is not made. This will also apply to extensions or early departures.

No Show
If you fail to cancel your reservation and Cardinal Suites holds your reserved unit, you will be charged a penalty ranging from a full night to 7 days depending upon your reservation. Your reservation will then be cancelled.

Late arrivals
Late arrivals consist of any arrival past 21:00. Arrangements for late check-in must be made at the time of reservation. Failure to do so will be treated as a "no show" and charged accordingly.

Check-in
14:00 - Early check-in is available. Arrangements must be made at the time of reservation.

Check-out
11:00 - Late check-out arrangements must be made 24 hours prior to departure date. Failure to comply will result in penalties up to 1 night's stay.

Piracy
Cardinal Suites is pleased to supply each unit with many comforts of home. Please use these items as you normally would.

If these items are removed or damaged, however, Cardinal Suites reserves the right to charge the guests for the item replacement.

Damages
Deliberate damages to units will be charged to the guests in accordance with repair, replacement and labour.

Key Return
Failure to return keys and/or garage door openers will result in a charge ranging from $100 to $250.
